From I-90
From I-90 (heading East or West) take Exit 57, the I-190 Byway heading South and take Exit 1C and proceed to take a left on North Street. At the 4 Way Stop at Mt. Rushmore Road N. (to park on the West Side of the Building), take a right, The Monument will be on the left-hand side. If you want to park on the East side of The Monument continue straight at the 4-Way Stop and take a right on to 5th Street, proceed South and The Monument will be on the right.
From HWY. 79
Follow Hwy. 79 to Omaha Street. Turn left onto Omaha Street and stay on Omaha until Mt. Rushmore Road. Turn right onto Mt. Rushmore Road N. and in approximately one block the facility will be on your right.
From HWY. 44
Heading West: Hwy. 44 will turn into Omaha Street after you cross Cambell Street. Stay on Omaha until you get to Mt. Rushmore Road N. Turn right onto Mt. Rushmore Road N. and in approximately one block The Monument will be on your right.
Heading East: Hwy. 44 will turn into Jackson Blvd. continue to W. Main St. and turn right. Continue on W. Main St. until you get to Mt. Rushmore Road turn left and continue through Omaha Street and in approximately one block The Monument will be on your right.
Parking And Access
The Monument offers over 4,200 complimentary parking spaces with entrances from Mt. Rushmore Rd. & 5th Street. Lot A and Lot B are located on the West side of The Monument and Lots E1-E3 are located on the East side.
Overflow parking can be located at Lot C at Central High School, directly West of The Monument, and additional overflow lots E4-E5 are located on the East side of The Monument across from The Journey Museum on New York Street. Lot A3 can also be utilized for parking as well.
The Monument Premium Parking Lot is located on the West side of the complex in Lot B. Can only be accessed with a Premium Parking Pass. There is ADA Parking located in the Premium Parking and only an ADA Pass is required.
Accessibility
ADA parking can be located in Lot B on the Westside and Lot E1 on the East side of The Monument. ADA Parking pass must be visible in the front window of the vehicle.
