Please note the Rapid City Rush have a hockey game in the Ice Arena the same time as the show. Please make sure to give yourself enough time to find a parking spot and make your way to Summit Arena.

Prohibited Items:
We will be using walk-thru metal detectors at the request of the promoter.
With additional handheld wand detectors to be used as a secondary form of security.
If you are uncomfortable with using the walk thru metal detector please notify a staff member.

Reserved Parking Lots B1-B2
Please have your digital parking pass downloaded and ready to scan before entering the lot.

Available with an ADA permit on a first come first serve basis.

Mobile Tickets
Please make sure to have your tickets downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the venue.
If you have Paper Tickets please have them out and ready to scan upon entering the facility.

Seat Locations:
If you have a ticket that is for FLOOR, you will enter the floor thru the Event Level (Level 1), located by Entrance C.
If you have a ticket in sections 100 or 200 or any of our Premium Levels, you will proceed to the Main Concourse Level (Level 2) which can be accessed by elevators, escalators, grand staircase or Entrance D.

Bluepeak Ticket Office
For ticketing assistance during events please visit the following tickets offices:
Open at 10:00am - Ticket office B
Open at 4:00pm - Ticket Office C, & Ticket Office D
Bluepeak Ticket Offices will remain open throughout the event.
Ticket Offices are located closest to the entrance that matches the Ticket Office letter.
Will Call Tickets will be available at any of the ticket offices when they are open.
No Smoking
The Monument is a non-smoking venue. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited. There are no indoor smoking areas available for guests to use during events.
Cash Accepted
We accept various forms of payment throughout our facility. This includes Cash, credit/debit, and Apple/Google Pay.
Merchandise
Merchandise is available for this event and can be found in the following location: Level 2 (Concourse Level) Near Portal H

To access Elkhorn Ridge, please proceed to the Premium Elevator located by Portal M.

Food Service will begin when doors open and will remain available for approximately 2 hours
Elkhorn Ridge Tickets are required for access to this level.
Altitude by BFHCU (ALT or LOFT) Located on Level 4
To access Altitude by BHFCU, please proceed to the Premium Elevator located by Portal M.
Your ticket includes select food and beverage items.
