PARKING

Most of our parking is located on the East Side of the complex.

• Lots E1-E2 off of 5th Street/North Haines with additional Lots E4-E5 off of New York Street. 
• Lots A1-A2 and Lots B1-B2 located on the West Side of the Complex will be available for use during this event.

ENTRANCES INTO FINE ARTS THEATRE

The Fine Arts Theatre is located closest to Entrance A of The Monument on the west side of the complex, off Mt. Rushmore Rd.

• Entrance B located on the West side and Entrance E located on the East side of the complex will also be open to get to the Fine Arts Theatre

RESTROOM LOCATIONS

Multiple restrooms are located at the end of each Theatre Concourse along with the restrooms located in the West Concourse of the main complex.

 

CONCESSION & BAR STANDS

There will be a total of three concession and bar stands throughout the venue

• In the main concourse located before you walk into the theatre
• Two in the theatre lobby located in the alcove and by the windows on the West side
• Cash, credit/debit, and Apple/Google Pay accepted

MERCHANDISE STAND

There will be a merch stand located within the Theatre Lobby.

• Credit/Debit Cards will be accepted 

AMERA POLICY

Use of cameras and/or recording devices during this event will be strictly prohibited. This is a NO photo, NO Video, NO Audio Event. Which prohibits the use of:

• Cell Phone Cameras
• Point and Click Cameras
• Audio Recording Devices

Guests will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds provided for not adhering to the policy.

 

DIGITAL TICKET DOWNLOAD

Please make sure to have your tickets downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the venue. If you are experiencing issues, please follow the instructions HERE or visit the ticket office located at Entrance A.

 

If you have Paper Tickets please have them out and ready to scan upon entering the facility.

 

BLUEPEAK TICKET OFFICES

Ticket Office A will be open at 10:00am and will remain open throughout the event. Will call tickets will be available at any open ticket offices.

VIP Experience Immediately Following the Performance

 

If you purchased the VIP Experience you will have 2 separate tickets for each indivdual taking part in the experience.

• A Ticket for the show itself,  which will be scanned when entering the Fine Arts Theatre.
• A Ticket for the VIP Experience,  that will be scanned at the VIP Concierge table located in the main lobby.

VIP INFORMATION

• BEFORE the performance starts, please check in at the VIP Concierge table, located in the main lobby of the theatre. Please present your VIP tickets for the ushers to scan.
  • At that time, you will receive your VIP lanyards.
• After the performance, please put your VIP lanyard on and make your way back to the South Concourse of  the main complex and head towards the escalators located by LaCroix Hall C.
• The VIP lanyards will help ushers identify that you are here for the Meet & Greet. 
• Once you enter LaCroix Hall C staff will direct you to the VIP Meet & Greet area for your photo.
  • You will receive your VIP gifts after the photo.
• REMINDER - VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • All children attending the VIP Meet & Greet must be accompanied by at least one adult. All Meet & Greet attendees must have a VIP Ticket to enter the Meet & Greet, including ALL ADULTS.

Bluey’s Big Play is friendly for all ages so the whole family can enjoy! Please note that, after the performance, some audience members will be invited to participate in games of “Keepy Uppy” – one where several air filled balls (made of materials which do not include BPA, Latex or PVC) are released into the audience, and another with bubbles (made of non-stain solution). 

As with many children’s games, playing “Keepy Uppy” may at times become boisterous and unpredictable. Our top priority is to keep audience members safe which is why some sections of the venue will not be able to play “Keepy Uppy”. If you do not wish to participate in these games, we recommend you leave the theatre after curtain call.
