Please note we are hosting a Rapid City Rush Hockey Game in the Ice Arena and Black Hills Speedway Hall of Fame Banquet in Rushmore Hall at the same time as the concert.

Parking lots and pedestrian traffic will be very busy, please plan accordingly to give yourself enough time to find a parking spot and make your way to Summit Arena.

SHOW INFO

The performance is expected to last until approximately 9:00 pm.

BAG POLICY: Guests may enter the building with purses.  Large bags and/or coolers will not be allowed.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Ticketed guests will not be allowed to bring in any outside food and/or beverage into the facility.  This includes food for students, insulated water bottles, coffee cups etc. 

PAYMENT ACCEPTED:  The Monument accepts cash and all major credit/debit cards at any of our Bluepeak Ticket Offices.  Concession stands accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Apple and Google pay.

ENTRANCES INTO SUMMIT ARENA

Will be open at 5:30pm 

• Entrance C located on the South Side of Summit Arena
• Entrance D located on the corner of Mt. Rushmore Road & North Street with a drop off lane
• Summit Arena Connector located by Entrance B inside of the complex.
• Entrance E located on the East side of the complex will also be open to get to Summit Arena.

CONCESSIONS

• There will be multiple concession options located on the Main Concourse Level (Level 2) and various Coke products at each location so make sure to check them all out. 
• Cash, credit/debit, and Apple/Google Pay accepted

PARKING

Most of our parking is located on the East Side of the complex.

• Lots E1-E2 off of 5th Street/North Haines with additional Lots E4-E5 off of New York Street.
• Lots A1-A2, and Lot B2  located on the West Side of the Complex will be available for use during this event.

RESERVED PARKING LOT

Located in Lot B1, please have your digital parking pass downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the lot.

• Reserved Parking spots are not available for purchase

• ADA parking will still be available in that section with an ADA permit.

DIGITAL TICKET DOWNLOAD

Please make sure to have your tickets downloaded and placed in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and ready to scan before entering the venue. There may be some connectivity issues near the venue, so it is encouraged to download your tickets now and get them into your digital wallet. 

If you are experiencing issues, please follow the instructions HERE or visit one of our ticket offices located at Entrance C, Entrance D, or Entrance B.

If you have Paper Tickets please have them out and ready to scan upon entering the facility.

BLUEPEAK TICKET OFFICES

Ticket Office B by Entrance B, and Ticket Office C by Entrance C will be open at 12:00 pm. Ticket Office D by Entrance D will be open at 5:30pm. All Bluepeak Ticket Offices will remain open throughout the event. Will Call Tickets will be available at any of the ticket office when they are open.

SEAT LOCATIONS

If you have a ticket in sections 101-109 you will proceed to the Main Concourse Level (Level 2) which can be accessed by elevators, escalators, grand staircase or Entrance D.

• Use the Portal letter found on both your ticket and in the concourse (Portal A-K). Multiple maps can be found throughout the concourse or ask your nearest Monument Team Member for assistance.

If you have a ticket in sections 201-209, these are General Admission sections and is based on first come first serve.

• Proceed to the Main Concourse Level (Level 2), which can be accessed by elevators, escalators, grand staircase or Entrance D.
• Use Portals A-K, and head up the stairs to the 200 level.

Prices are those paid at the box office when purchasing in person.  It does not reflect service & handling fees if purchasing by phone or online.

This includes tickets ordered through presales. Service charges or other fees associated with costs incurred by the building may be retained.
